Cancellation Policy

If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund in €. Unfortunately, once an order has been prepared, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refund Eligibility

- The item is returned within 24 hours of receipt, in the case of perishable goods like pizza.
Note: Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, with all original packaging and labels.
